Nice faux wood blinds and good service.

I was very happy with the vertical blinds that I ordered from Select Blinds. They came promptly but I was missing a piece of hardware. I ordered it but it did not come for almost 3 weeks after I made a second call.

We received the blinds intact and the are very nice. Installation was easy. But, I broke a "Valance Clip" upon installation. I called and explained and was told that I would receive a replacement in 2 to 3 working days. That was over a month ago. I still have not recieved.

I really liked the promptness of delivery. I like the snow color. I liked everything but it was lacking instructions how to operate cordless blinds. I never had any and I could not get it to work until I installed the blind. I did Google to make sure I was operating it correctly.
