Ordering on this site is VERY easy, concise and straight-forward. I refer my clients to Select Blinds exclusively for this reason. The only issue I had dealt with a problem I ran into on the weekend. I tried LiveChat to resolve it and received a prompt that said LiveChat was unavailable and to provide info to receive an email later. I filled it out and the next day I got an email back that said the email I sent was to an unsecured address and to resend my question to Customer Service. So, I did. And I never heard back. I ultimately solved the problem myself.

I love the 2 blinds that I purchased. They add warmth to our family room. But the valance on both blinds was about 1/2 inch short and does not cover the entire metal bracket. Their solution was that I could order new valances at my cost. I chose not to do so. Will not order from them in the future.
