Overall pleased with my blinds, but not to happy with the valance design broke a couple trying to insert the plastic clip in the slot provided

All but one a perfect fit. I have not contacted customer service yet. But I would use them again. Easy installation, and good quality

I have been a customer of Select Blinds for many years. I love all of their shades and have used them in 2 houses now. I have put in 3 orders for this house and am very satisfied with multiple shades; black-out, up and down,and various colors. In ordering my black-out shades, I was too quick and didn't combine the black-out with the up and down. I am disappointed that I couldn't change the order in time. I wish there was some way to correct this, without purchasing another 3 blinds....and "donating the 3" that I already have. I will be buying more blinds for a daughter's house soon. This is a great product. Just be careful ordering.
