The answer is YES! I made sure that I did exactly as they directed to order my customized blinds. Actually measured 3 times to make sure. Placed order, got confirmation email so I could make changes if I screwed up on my order...a very good thing to be able to do as a customer. I got email when the blinds went to be manufactured. Again, keeping customer in the loop. Then it was wait...understandably, as this is a custom job. After 3 weeks, the 1st of my blinds arrived. It was packaged very well to prevent damage and was handled by delivery service appropriately. I opened immediately and checked for all parts and any possible damage. Installed the blinds. And finally, got email asking for a review of what I thought of them...good follow-up procedure.
