When the patio door shades failed to wind after I installed them I finally had to call selectblinds. She was that knowledgeable of my problem and hard to hear. She put me on hold for a while and while I was waiting I repaired the winding failure myself by reinserting the winding rod and tightening the set screw. All the free samples helped me tremendously to make a decision, but I don’t think I can trust the quality or construction of the larger patio door double cell shades. Telling me to take photos and emailing them to to wait for a decision was a hassle, so I was pleased to have been able to fix a problem that Selectblinds.com created.

Great Blinds, only problem was, ordered on 12-16, hoping they would be in by Christmas, showed up after X-Mas.
