I am writing to compliment a customer service that helped me this morning; her name is Josselyn. She showed so much patience during all the time she spend with me. I never felt pressured and that is a very good thing for a customer. In relation to the faux wood blinds we ordered, they fit well, the church members like them very much. Everything was measured perfectly. Before I note my complaint; I am completely satisfied with my order of blinds. My only complaint was that a height(pull down) of a blind was swapped with another blind. Fortunately both widths of curtains where interchangeable and this was not a problem. Note: SelectBlinds does offer a free-of-charge rebuild of a blind if messed up but i did not act on it because my windows were perfect regardless of the goof. I was recommended through my family to this website and I would recommend again when comparing prices. FYI: This is the only company I've left a review on-online because they deliver what they sell.

really nice vertical blinds for our sliding glass door. Just a little difficult to install at first but my son was able to install the blinds without any help. Have bought from select blinds on 3 occasions and am very satisfied with the products.
