The site seemed to be rather busy. At my advanced age I had to search through it 2-3 times in order to cover all of the information.

My experience - the good and the not so good
Overall we are happy with the motorized Roman shades, they have worked very well for the 2 weeks we’ve had them up. The quality meets with our expectations. Installation was fairly straight forward, sure glad we triple checked our measurements, there’s not much room for error. Our experience in dealing with some of the Selectblinds representatives leaves much to be desired. We spoke to 4 different individuals at various stages of the process. Some were very helpful, and checked their facts before answering our questions. Others had little knowledge of the product and gave misleading and wrong information. IE: I asked about the batteries in the motorized shades, I was told that they sat on top of the shade, and could simply be removed for charging, ‘if they ever really needed it.’ Truth is, the batteries are encapsulated within the motorized portion, they cannot be replaced, and must be charged with a cord & the provided charger. The website says nothing about how long to expect between charges, or how long the batteries may last before the entire motorized unit needs replaced. I am hoping that they only need charged every 6 months, and that they last a decade or longer, but I really have no idea. There were other inconsistencies with information we received as well. (I was told this product worked with Apple Wi-Fi, it doesn’t) Like I said, we are quite happy with the final product, and are anticipating satisfactory performance. The motorized unit is used by other brands, with apparent customer satisfaction. Bottom line, if you do your own home work, the product and price are quite satisfactory. If you rely on some of the poorly trained staff, you may not get what you were anticipating. (Some of the staff are very knowledgeable, and quite helpful) The company does respond well to questions and complaints after the fact, and does a nice job of seeking customer satisfaction.

Dra Reaser/Customer Service/Made All the Difference
My order came and I was so disappointed. No-one said that they have different color header mountings on the shades. Since I have corner windows and the shades are right next to each other, I need the same color of header mountings. I thought this would be easy, please just repeat my last order from five years ago. Not so. I was so unhappy with the header mounting colors ( which I was not told they would be different) that I called and talked to customer service. They told me to send a picture and an email. Since I never received an email answer, I called to find out the status of my complaint. I was told they did not receive the email. So I sent it again, called customer service, still did not receive email. I was then told to txt a picture with complaint. I did, received two txts. back, and nothing to rectify the problem. I called again asking for a manager. Dra answered my call and said she could help me if I explained what was going on. Let me tell you, a BIG SHOUT OUT TO DRA. She understood the problem and solve the problem in a matter of 30 mins. on the phone. She was helpful, listened and most of all she didn't say " sorry we can't help you". (As other employees did on your customer service team did.) So, Dra thank you for making my day. I will continue ordering and giving Select Blinds a recommendation when my friends/family need blinds......just because of you Dra and your customer service approach. Im waiting for my blinds and will follow up with a review when I receive them. That is the only reason I am giving 4 out of 5 stars.
