We just put up our Select Single Cell Blackout Shade and can't wait to receive our Family Room Shade as we had an OOPs moment. Customer Service was friendly and helped to resolve our issue.

I love the look of the shade and they work well. I did have a problem with one of the brackets which won’t click in place all the way, so hopefully it will hold. I had one problem with one window which was not because of the shade but my window. I only measure at one section of the window and turns out another section happened to be a different size so I was not able to do a inside mount like I wanted to, so make sure you measure the top middle and bottom.
