It was our first time buying from Selectblinds so I wasn't sure what to expect. Since blinds are not cheap it is tough to pull the trigger without being able to see them first. The 100% satisfaction guarantee certainly helped to alleviate my concern. Now, when I got the blinds (basic Romans) I was very happy. Nicely made, and best part was the installation. I ordered internal mount, and there were only two screws to install! No annoying brackets! I had no idea how easy it would be. I HATE brackets, because they just never sit quite right to me. I have installed plenty of shades, and these were by far the easiest. Oh, and measuring the window was a piece if cake. We now plan on using these for the rest of our house. Lastly- our local window treatment company quoted us 5x as much for similar quality shades. You would be silly not to try SelectBlinds. And, yes, I'm a real customer :)
