This website makes it easy to do it all yourself. They have so many different options available, and insure that each part of your order that you need to fill in is covered. I called to ask their advice about which type of shade would be best for what I want, and found they have good, helpful customer phone service. After I placed my order I saw where they advise you to add 1/8th inch to the width you get. I'm glad I didn't do that, because I wanted a fairly tight fit for maximum insulation value. I measured my width precisely and ordered it that way, and it came with an 1/8th clearance already built in, which was perfect.

My second round of blinds from SelectBlinds, I plan to do more. Website is easy to navigate and construct my orders. Product arrived before promised, well packed and wrapped. Installation has been easy, and the blinds have been a welcome change to our remodeling plans. Lots of selections of fabrics, styles, closure mechanisms, ... stuff I never thought of.

I ordered the wrong size custom blind. I wrote an email and let them know my mistake. They replied within a day and then also told me about their guarantee. I just had to pay the difference in price of the new blind and then $10 shipping. I did a live chat and they re-ordered the right size within minutes of me- even tho it was my fault.
