I accidently entered the wrong width when ordering shades for 5 same-size windows. When they didn't fit, I called customer service, told them what I'd done and ask how they could help. They asked me to return the blinds at my expense ($18) and they replaced ALL five blinds at no additional cost to me! I wasn't sure I could believe it until the new blinds arrived. Amazing!!!

I am a satisfied customer of Select Blinds. Their customer service is wonderful and the products I have received are perfect for my rooms. I have also had them repair a big blind that was still under warranty and it's like new! I will continue to use them when I need blinds.
