This was my second time using this site and product and both times have been extremely satisfied. Customer service was excellent and unlike what I have received from other companies lately...courteous rep on phone who called me back when he found out additional information. Have ordered from Select Blinds many times. Unfortunately, every order always seems to have something not quite right. But customer service is always excellent and I ultimately end up with what I want. No defensiveness, no push back, they get it done.

Blinds came fast and correct color. Once you got the hang of it they were pretty easy to install. I have a huge living room window so I ordered 3 separate cordless cell shade blinds. For some reason the middle one sagged a little on the right and would not be even. I called to see how I could fix it and a new blind was sent right away at no charge. They look great!
