Packaging was excellent. The Fedex person didn't read the warning label on the package that it should not be made stand on the side. But the package was so good that it didn't damage the product inside. Thoughtful packaging. Delivery was on time.

Our shade malfunctioned prior to expiration of our warranty. Continued perseverance (two months)on the part of your supervisor determined and sent replacement product enabling our shade to function better than before.

I was pleased with how easy it is to use this site. They send out samples promptly so I could get an idea of the quality of the blinds as well as the different colors. They are a great value and I found them really easy to install.
