We were looking for quality blinds that didn't break the bank. Select Blinds gave us the best of both. I research many others and Select was the best. Erin in Customer service was fantastic. Can't say enough about her. They take 3/8 off as an adjustment so our Blackouts had a gap but we can live with that because they still were quality and easy to install myself. We just divided the gap and was tolerable yet dark. Overall we were extremely pleased and will but from again when we finish the basement. A+++ rating

the blinds are beautiful... and truely room darkening and we love them. customer service is great and everyone is so polite and helpful.( just a tad worry that they will get damaged seem a little like paper.... so we are just be very careful")

When I ordered my blinds, I gave the wrong mearsurements, but didn't realize this until the blinds arrived. Customer Service was more than helpful & stayed on top of things (via phone & email) from reordering to returning. I got the correct blinds within a week and am very happy with them.
