We ordered solar shades for our home in Palm Desert, Ca. The entire back of our home faces south and is mostly glass, the solar shades took care of the heat and sun beatng inside the house. We ordered the remote controlled version for our living room, and our only regret is we didn't get them for every room They work fantastic!
