Bought a blind for a window that needs some covering. I had looked locally for the right size and shape and other characteristics. Rather than get something that sort of fits, I decided on custom made. I don't have time to shop store to store so an online purchase was more interesting. The blinds came as promised, they fit perfectly, were easy to put up, and I'm completely satisfied.

I ordered 7 blinds for my sun room. When the initial order arrived I was unable to hang them as the header in my window frames was to small. I had missed that in the product specifications. I worked with April D. in getting this resolved. She helped me find the blinds with the correct header size and to return the ones I received. I got the 2nd shipment and the blinds are now in place - just in time for the Blizzard of 2015! Great product, great price, great service!
