Once again Select Blinds has sent an "apology" for something that was not their fault. Our dog ruined the blinds in the middle of the night during a medical problem, and we ended up ordering replacement cords and slats so my husband could fix the blinds. I just received an email from Select Blinds apologizing that our order "did not arrive in satisfactory condition" when, it fact, the blinds were perfect when we received them a year ago. It was just our dog that ruined them recently. This company truly puts the customer first and has a terrific team in their Customer Service Dept.
