I placed an on-line order on January 9, 2015 for 7 Express Light Filtering Cordless Cellular Shades. I received them on January 17, 2015. To my disappointment they did not fit. I went on-line the next day and started and on-line chat with Ashley. She answered my questions until I asked about a refund and she suddenly ended the chat. I tried calling the 800# and the wait was too long. I waited another day or so ad tried the on-line chat again. This time I was working with Janna Sala. She apologized for the previous service and I advised me on exactly what to do. In the meantime I had decided I liked the Select Double Cell Light Filtering Shades instead. Janna worked on getting what the difference in the price would be while I donated the shades I purchased to my local Disabled American Veterans Thrift Store. I e-mailed Janna a copy of my receipt of donation. Janna provided me with the difference in cost, went over the order several times to make sure everything was correct. Janna then provided me with my new order number and 800# to call and finalize payment.I do not remember the name of the girl I spoke to when finalizing my order, but she was also very helpful went over the order one last time and said to call if I needed anything else.
We finalized that second order on January 26 2015 and all 7 shades were delivered on February 7 2015 and I had all 7 shades installed in 30 minutes.
I will recommend this company time and time again. I would like upper management to know they have a wonderful asset on their team and I hope Janna will get some recognition!!
