It is very rare anymore to have an employee go above and beyond to help a customer find anything in a store, let alone spend hours on the phone to help you find the right product to best fit your needs or to help solve an issue that wasn't even their issue. But I am here to say that is exactly what happened here. From the very first phone call, Alyse was here to help me get the perfect blinds to meet my needs and also get the best price as well. Then when an issue arose with the prepaid credit card I was trying to use to make this purchase, she never dropped the ball and always followed up with me doing everything she could to help resolve the issue so I could get my order submitted. Even though it took a month from start to finish, she never forgot about me and always called when she said she would. That customer service is hard to find today but they have staff who really care about their customers and it shows. I will definitely be a returning customer and refer friends and family as well. Oh and the blinds I ordered are perfect and just exactly what I wanted!

I ordered four blinds and two were oversized. They came as ordered. I hung two by myself and the oversized I needed help with. They look fantastic and are everything I wanted and more. I am also seventy years young.
