Time will tell about the quality of the product. We got top-down, bottom-up shades as well as large window shutters. Both appear to be great quality and everything works like it is supposed to. The really impressive thing about this company is the attention to details in everything else they do. Their website and ordering process is great! Its clear and easy to understand. They had a question about my order, called me, emailed me back and forth and got it worked out. the order came exactly when they said. The install instructions were clear. They came with extra hardware and extra tools! The design is brilliant and very easy to install. Even the build stickers peeled off without leaving residue!!! We will return for all the window coverings from now on!

I ordered only one "top down bottom up" to check it out before I ordered the rest. My windows are over 35 inches. After the blind arrived, I looked at the reviews on installing it and because so any were negative reviews, it took me a couple of weeks to get up the courage. I am a 77 year old female and it took me only 45 minutes from deciding to install to finishing. So easy... it looks great and I am very happy. I will be ordering the rest.
