I had to replace over 20 smoke damaged blinds and the customer service answered my questions and talked me into the Faux blinds that I'm very grateful of!

So far I have made two orders for a total of 10 cordless cellular blinds. All were delivered very quickly. They were made to proper sizes and clearly labeled. Installation was quick and easy. They all operate smoothly and are of fairly nigh quality. Very good for the price. About the only complaint I have had is that they do not stay all the way down to the sill. They spring back up about 1/2 inch which allows cold air to spill out the bottom. If they had some type of flap on the bottom they would seal better. Nonetheless, they have made noticeable difference in winter comfort. Maybe in time the may get "sloppy" and just rest on the sill.
