In March of 2013 I ordered a cordless cellular shade for our bedroom from Select Blinds. A month or 2 ago the blind started to be impossible to raise fully & finally one of the inside strings broke. I heard & felt it break, so I removed the blind from the window and in an effort to possibly repair the string which turned out to be much more complex than I could possibly repair. I went onto the Select Blinds web site to look for a solution.. I called their customer service for assistance & was told the blind was still within the 3-year warranty so they would rebuild the exact blind & ship it out to me. Within 1 week, I re-installed the brand new blind - fit perfectly, & threw the old one out. Cannot speak highly enough about their customer service! I will be ordering from them again. Nothing beats excellent customer service. Thank you!
