Ordered 2" faux wood blinds for my sliding glass doors for my kitchen. Had an issue with installing the brackets due to placement location. Called the factory, spoke to customer service and they helped me resolve the issue. Excellent customer personnel. Thorough,patient and pleasant.Had ordered additional 1" blinds for kitchen foyer, and library. Makes quite a difference visually in the library. Very "classy" compared to the former metal mini blinds. Will replace the rest of the existing metal blinds as soon as able.
