Recently purchased blinds for our entire house. They came is record time, packaged very securely and without damage in transport. I measured the length of one of the blinds incorrectly and it was 3" too short. Called customer service to if this one could be repaired and to purchase/order another blind, since it was my mistake. They were very kind and helpful and informed me that if I would donate the short blind to a charity they would ship me a new blind and all I would have to pay is shipping costs, which was much cheaper than a new blind. Very nice to deal with a company with integrity in today's business world. Recommend them to all my firends!

I always get great products at Select Blinds. Easy to install. Customer service is great, but i don't really need it because i have no problems. Shipping comes quickly.
