Ordered 4ea 72x60 cellular for our sun room. Super easy to install and the color (espresso) looked fabulous. One of the blinds didn't raise properly. Contacted customer service and they immediately built and shipped a replacement. . . no questions asked. Would definitely purchase more in the future.
