I have ordered blinds through this company for the past two years, trying to replace blinds in our new house. Always quick, efficient and pleasant when I speak to anyone on the phone. A few minor problems because of our own measurements and they were taken care of without question. One set of blinds did not lay right and should have been measured differently and they were replaced free of charge. Would not order blinds anywhere else. Good job!
