Anyone who has visited our home has always complimented on the variety, fitting and quality of our blinds. I couldn’t be happier but few weeks back one of the blinds in my daughter’s room stopped working. I noticed every blind comes with a warranty for 3 years so I decided to call customer service. Customer service was polite, helpful and prompt in helping out with suggestions that could help my blind work again. We tried everything but the blind would not work. Finally we reported that the blind was not rolling up. To my delight they were prompt to send a NEW blind under original warranty with no charge to us.
