My wife are I purchased 5 sets of blinds in Red Oak, and we love them. Though there was some delays in getting all of them due to a shortage of Red Oak, we were kept informed along the way. Two of the valance came with minor imperfections, and they were replaced promptly with one courteous call. The blinds were very easy to install, and did go up very quickly, especially after the first one - of course.
