I had the pleasure of getting Simas Tamosaitis as my representative. He is very pleasant and communicative. I had a small issue with delivery and he was on it immediately to resolve the issue. I ordered two different kinds of blinds and both were very easy to install and look fabulous! I will be recommending Select Blinds to my friends and will be using them again!

My review is a few months past due, but I would like to express that the instructional measurements for the shutters should be included in the video. I placed two orders within weeks of each other. The first was flawless. Inside mount faux wood blinds...perfection. I then attempted to order shutters. Since my first order went so well, I assumed all measurements would send me another perfect order..not so. We measured according to the video for inside mount for the shutter itself and then ordered outside frame which we assumed would allow it to fit right over the window. Only after our order which was shipped separately without any notice (we received 2 of 3) and they all fell short did we call to see what happened and found out that we had to scroll down from video to read on how to measure for shutters. Website said add 2.5 inches to measurements, shutter specialist over phone said to add 3. Since we did not see that on the video, we are stuck with 3 shutters and out of enough money that it hurts that do not fit any of the windows we ordered them for. The wood one came damaged and I sent pictures of it in to show damage and managed to get it replaced and paid extra to have it sized right and the additional $70 to ship it. With all of the trouble and loss of lots of money, I will be fair and say that all the blinds/shutters I received were of very high quality and the customer service person (Jessica/Jessie) that dealt with my issues was absolutely patient and professional the entire time. For that, I am thankful and giving a good review, but I do think the instructions for shutter measurements should definitely be added to the video so maybe someone else won't have to take the lost like we did, however, I will still order again....just not shutters.

I have ordered from SelectBlinds before and have been very satisfied. This time while ordering I also talked with Jessica Villarreal to order a new valance for an order I placed several years ago. She was so great to work with. Very pleasant and professional. She went out of her way to call me and send samples since the valance I needed was no longer available. I could not have received better service and was very impressed. Keep this girl, she represents you well!!

I have ordered window blinds from you on several homes. I had two windows in this current home that were extremely wide, so I ordered the complete top frame with two blinds connected. This is a great option and it turned out to be a great fit for the home and it looks awesome.
