Seems the title to this statement and the Stars (five of them) do not correspond, I will explain. I first heard of your site through a family member who purchased blinds for her home. My Girlfriend and I liked what we saw and decided to give Select Blinds our business. We ordered some samples, found the product that best fit our needs, then ordered a test blind. we never received an update as to when it was to ship, but it showed in about six business days. the installation was a snap and the look is beautiful. well done! now it is time to go for the meat of the order and place for a set of blinds, with a set for every room in the house. I placed my order on the 12th of May. through guidance and help from select blinds staff, We concluded we could and should expect the order to process and ship with an arrival date of the 21st no later then the 23rd. I even paid the extra fee to expedite the order. the effort was to have the blinds installed prior to Memorial Day...this did not happen...yes this was the cause of the disappointment. Now, why five stars? the people I have talked to at select blinds. each and everyone has been as helpful as any staff in that position could be. professional, respectful, friendly. Each person took ownership and did all in their power to resolve concern and issue. I may not have received the blinds on time, but what I did get was professionalism. My hats off to a great staff. You all did your best and that made all the difference. You still have my business!
