My experience with select blinds was very pleasant. I was not what you would call very knowledgable about what I needed and everyone, and I mean everyone I talked to was extremely patient. If I could have given them a 6 star rating, I would have.

I ordered my blinds on 1-20-21 and I’am still waiting on them. It’s 2-21-21 and still waiting. Delivery pending. Not happy at all.

Have ordered multiple times, and am generally very happy with both the product and the customer service. However, this last time, one was not working upon arrival. Instead of replacing the product, they sent us the parts to fix it. Don't feel as though when I've paid for a product, I should be having to spend the time fixing it before I can use it.

Every possible window in my house has these blinds. The effect from outside is charming. My rooms are cozy and I can direct the light beautifully. I just installed (by myself) 2 blinds in my kitchen. Select Blinds had retained my original order, so I was able to match the new blinds to the ones I ordered 4 years ago! Boy, did that make me happy!
