I thought I ordered top down/bottom up shades but when the shade arrived, it was not what I wanted. I called customer service and said I thought I was ordering one type but mistakenly ordered a regular shade and asked if there was something that could be done to help me out. The person I spoke with offered to remake the shade for a very reasonable cost and I received it quickly. We have been ordering all of our blinds and shades from Select Blinds and find excellent quality products with wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend buying window treatments from Select Blinds.

the process of learning how to measure properly and order on line was so easy and simple, I also received one set of blinds that were damaged from shipping, I called the number and with no hassle or fuss I have a replacement on the way to replace them

I ordered the premium 2 1/2" faux wood blinds for two large windows. Your company had the best price. The blinds arrived quickly. Unfortunately, in shipping, a plastic piece for the valance had broken (guess FedEx dropped the box). I called customer service and the agent was so polite and immediately sent out a replacement and a couple of extras in case of any loss or breakage in the future. I highly recommend this company for all blinds. The quality is great, the prices are reasonable, and the service it outstanding!
