I just want to say that this is the most amazing company I have ever dealt with. My wife had ordered pull down shades from them in 2016, they are beautiful and work well. Two months ago one of the shades stopped working and pieces broke off from the inside. It was four years later and we decided to contact the company. We were amazed that they asked us for pictures and then after seeing the pictures said they would replace the item. Now the problem the color was no longer available. Well they said no problem they would make a shade the exact same color. To say I was surprised at all this is an understatement. They shipped at their cost and the product arrived. It was the exact same color as the others. I would scream from the rooftops about this company. TOP NOTCH ALL THE WAY.
