I bought the blinds online, sight unseen. When the blinds arrived they were everything I expected. I did have a problem with one of the blinds. Customer service was friendly and effective. The blind was replaced with no hassle and We are enjoying the blinds.

I was impressed with the packaging and they arrived protected. Extremely easy to install, and they look great. We love the ease of moving the blinds up and down without the cords and shutter rod. Well engineered.

My double cell, light filtering blinds look great and were easy to install. I had a slight problem with a missing end cap, but the support person I talked to was right on it and is sending me the missing part.

This was my first experience ordering blinds online, and it couldn't have been better. Customer service is great when contacting them with questions and changes. Will DEFINITELY deal with them again!
