The customer service rep, Anthony was tremendous; so patient and helpful. The shades are a perfect fit. I now can have privacy if I wish but can also get light in with the top down. I am totally pleased with the service and the product.

After receiving the blinds we loved the color only one problem I ordered 84'' blinds and received blinds measuring 77''. I contacted the company and after a couple of emails and a couple of pictures our blinds were remade and shipped to us in the 10 business days as promised.
