Between personal & business use, I've purchased at least 30 specialty blinds from SelectBlinds & most definitely will by from them again. The quality of their products is top-notch which is why I always come back. Nonetheless we managed to break one 2 year old shade anyway. It had been raised & lowered daily for 24 months so I'm certain it wasn't a manufacturing defect. Plus it was a 73" wide whopper & I suspect the extra wide width naturally put more stress on the stringing so when I raised it from one end instead of in the middle one string popped.
Boy oh boy, my experience getting it fixed was really something. Despite it not being an original defect, SelectBlinds stood behind their product and offered to replace it before I could even ask!!! Between my chat agent Ross (rosseyallen) & phone agent Kayla Collette, my problem was solved in record time without hassle. They couldn't have been more helpful.
Every one of the dozens of blinds they've made for me over the years is still in use and looking good. That (plus great pricing) made me a loyal return customer. But Customer Care reps Ross & Kayla, along with some amazing customer service policies have turned me into a raving fan for life. Thanks for daring to be different guys.
