I was eager to order my blinds but couldn't decide from the colors online which color would fit best. I was amazed how willing the customer service fellow was to go get samples and describe differences between the colors I was looking at. He took it a step further though when he suggested I didn't need to settle on my color when I placed the order. He would send me samples and then I could call in with the color I had chosen. WOW! What a great experience. I got my blinds at a great price, was able to hold up multiple samples and ended up choosing a color that I wouldn't have from looking at them online. I was thrilled with my experience shopping with Select Blinds (and I don't normally write reviews!).
