I have now put the cordless blackout cellular shades in every window of my sons tiny home (black)and in most window of my own home (Timeless Taupe) They keep all the light out so I am sleeping much better! We ordered cellular shades for our new four seasons porch, last September. In March, we had trouble with the cord on one of the shades. We called customer service and they asked us to take a video of the problem. We sent in the video and received a new blind within 10 days…no charge! Thank you so much.
