Outstanding service by customer service agent Nathan. He sent color samples overnight, I ordered the next day and received the blinds in 3 business days. Blinds fit perfectly; they were easy to install.

We ordered three shades from Select Blinds this year ( our second time to use the company for blackout shades) and two of the three fit perfectly. The third one was toolong and we could not hang it. We contacted the company with the expectation that we would have to pay for a new one or deal with the hassle of sending the ill fitted one back. They decided to just send us a new one at no cost to us. I would use this company any and every time I need window coverings.
