I bought quite a few blinds in early 2015. These are the cordless cellular blinds, which I LOVE! Just a month into 2017, the ones in my living room started to break, first one interior cord broke, then within a few days the others started to show signs of the same issue. I though these were under warranty, so I checked and the documents I had said they were. I contacted Select Blinds via email and they responded immediately, assured me I was covered and asked for a few pictures of the problem. As soon as I sent the images, they agreed to replace all three blinds. Fast and easy. I could not be happier! Thank you, Select Blinds!
