I purchased a set of dual cell blinds for a room of our home in 2010. It worked well until about 3 years ago when the glide broke. Since it was out of warranty, I screwed a small metal cylinder into the location where the broken guide was located. This was not an optimal repair, but it worked fairly well. A couple months ago, my repair broke and I knew that I would have to replace the blinds. I asked SelectBlinds if they had the gear and cord guide section available for repair. They researched my blinds and got back to me, letting me know that the part was already being shipped to me. I was surprised, but should not have been, because we have been very happy with customer service and support at SelectBlinds with several purchases over the past decade.
