They honored the sale price until I could get my samples and choose the right color, much appreciated. Blinds were accurate to my measurements and nice quality. Terribly designed brackets, very difficult to install.

I have been a homeowner for 42 years. I have always used room darkening shades, I have tried blinds but truly hate them . The cleaning, keeping them straight , I’m very window picky. A wonderful trait I got from my mom. I despise drapes , I love open windows that let light in and that doesn’t block my views. If you had my views you wouldn’t want to block them either. I just bought new curtains and needed new shades. My sister has heard on several radio shows such as ,Laura Ingram, SelectBlinds , advertised. I looked them up online. My husband who always does the measuring and hanging of blinds , was in the hospital. I had to figure it out. Well... a phone call was needed, the young lady I spoke with walked me through the measuring. I had to send her pics of my mounting by email and ta da! I did it! Hit a fantastic sale , hung the shades myself , including new hardware. I had 1 shade that was not fitting correctly. A phone call, few pics by email to a wonderful customer service guy and newly made shade on its way. The shades are well constructed, great quality and the entire process for a “newbie” was painless. Will I use SelectBlinds again? In a heartbeat! Will I recommend SelectBlinds blinds to others? I already have and will continue to do so ! 5 star rating is not high enough! Thanks to all the wonderful staff who helped me in all my dealings with SelectBlinds!!

I had a problem with a bracket and called got a new one sent and solved the problem. Just great service and shades what more could you ask.
