Recently I order 2 made to order blinds for our sliding glass door. When I put in the order I asked that the blinds be a certain width so they would fit the opening closely together. But when the blinds arrived the person processing the order had figured that I needed 1/2 inch off each blind for the end pieces. I didn't so the blinds did not fit. I wrote Select Blinds' Customer Service. They immediately sent out 2 more blinds of the correct size and the sliding door looks amazing. The blinds work better than any blinds I have in the home and the mechanical pieces are of a much sturdier material. I am very glad they helped to solve my problem.
