I did have a long wait to reach a salesperson, but once I left my phone number I didn’t have to wait too long for a return call. My rep Brady, was very courteous and patient with me, explaining every detail. He was also very knowledgeable and walked me smoothly through the ordering process. Thanks Brady for a job well done!

ORDERED 7 BLINS TO REPLACE OLD BLINDS. THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD. THE INSTALLATION WAS EASY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES WITH QUESTIONS AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND PATIANT WITH ME, THIS MEANT ALOT TO ME, ESPECIALY WHEN I HAVE A HEARING PROBLEM.
