I am so incredibly satisfied with my purchase. Price - I won’t lie, I was a bit skeptical as the price was significantly lower than most. In fact, Select Blinds is unmatched. This exact item was double the price at one of the larger brick and mortar stores. Regardless, typically a price this low usually means a low quality product. However, I happened to have seen these in a friends house and knew that this was not the case. That said... Quality - Impressive. Very impressive. I learned my lesson a LONG ago that one should never buy cheap. The quality is always terrible. Which leads to the repurchase of whatever it is. However, this is a rare thing... the price is low and the quality is FANTASTIC! It had a little bit of a smell (like paint) when taken it out of the package, but it went away very quickly. Service - I cannot be anymore pleased with the service provided. I spoke to someone over the phone and they made good on every single thing thing that they promised. This is also RARE. There are few companies that meet this sort of service. Mainly - Amazon, and Zappos. Overall, I am very happy. My first purchased was a test. I just placed a second order, and plan to finish our entire home using blinds from SelectBlinds over the coming months.

Blinds are quality, descriptions and instructions are clear and informative, how to measure is excellent. And customer support is superb. One blind got damaged in shipment, called, sent a picture and support understood all I was saying and ordered a replacement. Prices are excellent.
