I had a problem with one set of blinds and the company responded ASAP, requested a short video showing the problem and replaced immediately. Great customer service. Totally satisfied.

My blinds were a perfect fit and color. It only took a few minutes for my husband to install all four! I regret spending more than double on my other blinds installed by Empire.

Hi I discovered Select Blinds when I was researching top down/bottom up cordless cellular shades. Both the Reviews and the Prices were great! Then I reviewed products and ordered several samples so I could decide on a color. In the meantime - a great deal came up in my email with 45% off, and addntl 10% off and a 5% off Welcome Code!!! I contacted Customer Service and received a prompt email from Mike C. suggesting I wait for my samples to be sure . . . and he would guarantee that lovely low price! I was psyched!!! Meanwhile, I used the Select Blinds measuring tips and printed out the form so I would be certain to measure correctly for my inside mount. Then - when the samples arrived and I knew I wanted Beige - I called Customer Service and Billy called me back and couldn't have been nicer in helping me be certain that my measurements were good and that I was choosing a top rate blind. In fact - he was so helpful that given the discount I ordered 3 rather than 2 blinds . . . and he provided an extended warranty for customer satisfaction. The blinds arrived in excellent condition, were super easy to install . . . and are simply lovely!!!
