I ordered a light filtering shade for my kitchen window and with the help of a customer service representative I was guided to the shade that in fact I in fact did purchase. Unfortunately I had measured incorrectly and when the shade arrived it was off by a few inches so it could not be installed. I was worried when I called select blinds that I would be told that I would be charged for return shipping and for a whole new shade, correctly measured. Well what happened was that I was informed that they would send a new shade and I only had to pay for shipping, $10. What a relief! The shade has been installed and it is perfect. I consider this to be very good company with generous policies.

I used to comparison shop, but over the years, I've realized it's a waste of time. I've done several rooms using SelectBlinds -- with roller shades, mini blinds, and Roman shades -- and they have the best prices and selection ... AND amazing quality. It looks like I spent a lot more than I did.
