After sending in my window dimensions, was worried that the blinds would not fit. Was i ever wrong. They fit perfectly. Husband was even more surprised!!! Love them!

I received my 2" faux wood blinds nicely packed and ready for installation. Only to realize that I ordered them 8 inches too short . Panicked I reviewed my order and realized my error. Started a chat with customer service on what to do. Tiff was very informative and helpful. Could not return custom size, but could re-order same blinds at the correct size for an AMAZING price. Trust me when I say amazing price! Tiff had a sales/customer care person contact me within 15 minutes and confirmed payment and now waiting on new order. No hassle, super easy to work with and took care of my issue in a matter of no time. Amazing customer care and communication.
