I ordered 6 honey comb cellular shades (beige) in various sizes. I absolutely love the product --color, quality, easy installation. However, I was most impressed with Tiffany, the customer service rep. She was friendly, patient, professional and helpful above and beyond expectations. My confidence in her assured my confidence in the products before, during and after the sale. Tiffany is a secret gem for Select Blinds. My windows and patio doors look fabulous with the cellular shades. I'm proud of them and highly recommend Select Blinds. You will not be disappointed.

I stumbled across SelectBlinds when we bought our new house. I must say I was extremely nervous not going to the local HD or L for blinds, but I could no longer take dealing with employees that have no clue about the department they work in. So I decided to give it a shot. First off the site is the easiest to use of any custom site I have visited, 2nd the walk through on each blind type is perfect. They clearly explain how to measure and for what type of blind you are choosing. The build delay is perfect if you are unsure and wish to contact them, before your custom blinds are built. After placing my first order and received my 2 blinds, I installed them with their instruction in less than 15mins each. Lets do it again so I ordered another blind, and low and behold PERFECTION again! Lets do it again, again...with a challenege. MY FIRST ARCH WINDOW! Following the information online for the product I was able to order my large arch shade, PERFECTION yet again! Never installed an arch blind before, but they made sure the directions were clear and precise and 13 mins later the arch blind was in place and operational (it would've been 10 mins, but the wife insisted I double check all my measurements). Here is what I know, SelectBlinds site is very user friendly, the product is precise and VERY high quality, the ease of installation was second to none, and last but not least I AM VERY HAPPY. At this point the wife and I have decided that SelectBlinds makes it so easy, we will be replacing ALL of blinds, to a higher quality from SelectBlinds. Ordered a set of blinds for my 2 odd sized windows. Site was easy to navigate and the color representation was spot on. The blinds came on time in very good packaging. They fit perfectly right out of the box and were quite easy to install. I will definitely be returning to get replacement blinds for the rest of my house!
