The web site was easy to navigate, yet sophisticated, the custom Roman shades were exactly what we had hoped for, they were expertly packed and easy to install.

I love the blinds! I ordered one top down-bottom up and one just pul down cellular fabric blinds, both rather odd sizes. I installed one of them today and it looks great. The blinds arrived a short time after my order, both are complete with all parts; and both are the exactly right size. I am very pleased. The only difficult part was attaching the "handles" - takes some time and I didn't want to break anything, but got it done. Thank you for your good product and attention to installation details - instructions were very good.
